welcome to dys

Greetings! Welcome to the new and improved website of the City of Birmingham Mayor’s Office-Division of Youth Services. We are so thankful that you have decided to take time out and view some of the awesome things going on in Birmingham for our youngest citizens.

In continuing with our mission of providing and exposing Birmingham youth to constructive, entertaining, and educational opportunities, we know this website will prove to be an incredible tool for youth and friends of our youth. The “Youth First” website is one of our many ways to make certain that youth, youth advocates, and service providers have access to the opportunities and resources offered by the City of Birmingham.

We hope you enjoy the site and want you to know that a lot is happening in the City of Birmingham for our youth. So, join with us as we work 365-24-7 to put “Youth First!”--Cedric Sparks, Director
