Applications for Kids and Jobs are now closed.

The City of Birmingham Department of Youth Services and FOX6 are partnering to offer summer jobs to Birmingham youth over four weeks this summer! Both the Exposure and Future Executive component of the Kids & Jobs program are designed to help cultivate the professional development necessary to empower students to become an integral part of the business community.

If accepted for the program, students will earn between $11-$14 per hour, working five hours a day, five days a week over a four week period! Program dates are June 10- July 3.

Eligibility Requirements:

• 14-24 year old students
• Must turn 14 years old by June 10, 2024.
• Must reside in the Birmingham city limits (Click here to find out)
• Must have a school report card or transcript
• No GPA requirement but grades will be considered
