Birmingham! It’s time for the 5k to EVOlve! On Saturday, August 22nd, Curtis Starks, founder and owner of EVO Befit, will partner with Children’s of Alabama to bring you and the City of Birmingham the first ever EVO 5k Fit Challenge. This is the first 5k of its kind to hit our city. The event will feature your traditional 5k run beginning at 8am followed by 6 waves of exercise obstacles throughout downtown Birmingham. The race will also feature a Kid’s Zone, along with various sponsors and vendors in Linn Park.
